SB SERIES
SB is probably the most famous bass we've ever made and the new SB series was developed to answer players' requests for an SB with a lighter body, whilst capturing the classic SB style and feel. We have achieved this by using the maple neck-through design in the SB 505 and active E.Q. and preamp. Great see-thorough colours and SB 'eye' position markers make this bass unmistakably one of the SB family! The SB303 offers a bolt-on neck option and features Aria 'soapbar' pickups, a 5-way selector switch and active circuitry. Both the SB 303 and 505 can
be strung either through the body or the tailpiece to provide a different playing feel and tone. Taking the classic SB body shape and using bolt-on neck construction we can offer the entry priced SB40.
Options include active circuitry and fretless or 5 string necks, providing the best possible start to anyone new to bass playing and an affordable introduction to 5 string or fretless playing for the more experienced bassist. |

The original neck through body is made by our expert craftsmen using traditional guitar building techniques. The Heel-less cutaway allows smooth and easy access even to to the highest frets. |

B.B. Circuit
Many of the world's most famous players used SB and in particular they loved Aria's original B.B. circuit. The active electronics have an incredibly low noise level which makes a perfect match for the pickup's clear, pure tone. |
